Imran Sable, the founder and chief executive officer of CypherSOL Fintech Private Ltd., has over 22 years of hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the financial sector, specifically dealing with loans and insurance products.

His extensive industry knowledge has granted him a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in financial services. Notably, Imran initiated the concept of a bank statement analyzer, a SaaS-based product for tax professionals and direct selling agents.

Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Imran held significant roles in various organizations: (1) HDFC Bank: Relationship Manager for unsecured loans; (2) Standard Chartered Finance Ltd: Territory Manager, leading the sales team. (3) Shelter (an outfit of Citi Bank): managed tele-callers as part of the direct selling team. (4) Real Value Finloan Services: As Business Head, he set up the operations for nationwide sales for this large DSA in India. Over his 22-year career in sales, he has contributed to disbursing loans totaling Rs 200 billion.

Imran then started his entrepreneurial journey, which extends to the following ventures:

1. Creative Finserve Private Limited (2013): A direct-selling agency collaborating closely with 15 banks and NBFCs.
2. Bizpedia is a marketplace for referral partners focused on financial services. At its peak, this company enrolled nearly 3000 referral partners.

Additionally, he served as a director at Globe Secure Technologies Ltd. (2016–17), a prominent cybersecurity company in India, actively participating in its establishment. Imran’s commitment to social causes is evident through his role as an ex-chartered president and district chairman at LION’s Club.

Shamlata Poojary, an MBA in finance, serves as the Managing Director and a key founding member of CypherSOL Fintech Private Ltd. She is a competent professional with nearly 25+ years of experience in banking, finance, and technology. Her expertise spans operations, process management, product development, risk assessment, and quality control. She had an impressive career journey, including working with:

1. HDFC Bank Ltd. (6 years) in liability-side retail operations.

2. Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. (14 years): Her multifaceted roles included:

• Quality Team Head for retail operations.
• Leading the pan-India process team.
• Managing operational risks.
• Developing and automating account opening software.

3. Aditya Birla Capital Ltd.: Shamlata provided valuable insights to:

• CIBIL is reporting cleanup.
• UCID enhancements.
• Process documentation for handling production issues by the IT team.
• Streamlining changes in the lending platform (LENTRA) through proper project management.

4. Creative Finserve, Bizpedia, and CypherSOL (4 years): shareholder and founder

She played a pivotal role in overseeing software and website development across all these companies.

Notably, during her tenure, Shamlata was hands-on with hardcore coding—both front-end and back-end—while executing multiple projects. Her passion for information technology led her to pursue various certification courses, including bank forensic accounting, cyber warfare and defense, digital marketing, cyber forensics, and web hacking and security.

Samidha Devkar, the Chief Operating Officer and a key founder of CypherSOL Fintech Private Ltd., has over 17 years of experience in sales and operations, with a strong focus on lending and insurance products. Throughout her career, she has held various roles, including team head, sales manager, and pan India vertical head, at esteemed organizations such as Standard Chartered Finance Ltd., Citibank, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, and Real Value Finloan Services.

In addition to her corporate endeavors, Samidha is a significant founder and shareholder in Creative Finserve Private Limited, a direct selling agency that collaborates closely with 15 banks and NBFCs. She is also a co-founder of Bizpedia, a marketplace for referral partners specializing in financial services. Her instrumental role in establishing partnerships with banks and NBFCs underscores her dedication and collaborative abilities.

Samidha’s hard work and exceptional performance are reflected in her being recognized as a star performer multiple times by prominent organizations like Bajaj Life Insurance.

Deepak Singhania, a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of CypherSOL Fintech Private Ltd., is a Chartered Accountant (rank holder) and Chartered Financial Analyst (United States).

He has over six years of experience as a practicing chartered accountant at his firm, Deepak Singhania & Associates.

The firm specializes in audits (150+ clients), tax consultation (1,000+ returns filed annually), GST return filing (200+ clients), and auditing more than 75 mid- and small-size corporations.

He also worked briefly as an equity analyst covering BFSI at Ventura Securities. He is currently a trustee of a non-profit social organization that provides economic and medical assistance to marginalized sections of society.

Tabassum Inamdar is a shareholder and board advisor at CypherSOL Fintech Private Ltd. Tabassum is a long-time analyst of the BFSI sector in India and Asia.

During her 30-year career, she worked at several leading research houses, including Goldman Sachs as Managing Director (co-head, India Research and co-head, Asian Financials), UBS Securities as Director, and Kotak Securities.

She is currently serving as an independent director on the following boards: Franklin Templeton AMC India, Indifi Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Indifi Capital, and U GRO Capital. She is also a board member of a US-based non-profit organization, the Pure Earth Blacksmith Institute, which is focused on resolving the lead poisoning issue amongst children in India.

Prior to that, she had served as an independent director on the board of Equitas Small Finance Bank and Zipsure, a new general insurance start-up. In 2019, she set up Tameel (https://tameel.in/), a research initiative focused on impact strategy research, and has published three reports deconstructing CSR in India.
